Course Goals / Objectives:
Establish context with an overview of Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement and Reengineering, Lean and Six Sigma, Quality and Productivity Management
Develop knowledge of the foundational Integrated LeanSigma (ILS) Methodology, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control)
Develop deeper insights around how ILS deploys, is executed in a broad range of industries and for a broad range of problems through use of extensive case studies developed for the past 8 years.
Begin skill development with selected key tools/methods central to the DMAIC methodology
